Acceptable Use
Users must use services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with any applicable service terms, third-party terms and laws.

Users are responsible for keeping email accounts secure and reporting suspected compromise promptly.
Hosting And File Services
Hosting and file services must not be used to store, transmit or distribute illegal, malicious, infringing or harmful material.
Customers are responsible for content uploaded, stored or shared through services.
Security Responsibilities
Users must:
Keep passwords secure
Use multi-factor authentication where required or recommended
Avoid sharing accounts
Notify us promptly of suspected compromise
Keep software updated where not managed by us
Use services in accordance with security guidance
Resource Misuse
Services must not be used in a way that causes unreasonable load, bandwidth consumption, storage usage or disruption to other customers or systems.
Additional charges, restrictions or service suspension may apply where usage exceeds agreed limits.
Monitoring And Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy.
Where misuse is suspected or confirmed, we may take action including warning the customer, restricting services, suspending services, removing content, notifying relevant authorities or terminating services.
Client Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their staff, contractors, users and authorised representatives comply with this policy.
